Where we ship from
Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Shipping costs
- US orders of $129 or more: free shipping.
- US orders under $129: flat $8.99.
- Other countries: the available rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.
For any other destination, the shipping options, costs and estimated times available for your address are shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@magna-grip.store with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
